Refund and Cancellation Policy
Hostlet Cloud subscriptions are monthly plans for live-demo capacity and managed project deployment.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel future subscription renewals through the Stripe billing portal when available or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current billing period unless Stripe or support confirms otherwise.
Refund requests
Refund requests should be sent to [email protected] with the account email, GitHub login, billing date, and reason for the request. Refunds are reviewed case by case, including duplicate charges, accidental purchases, service access problems, or billing errors.
Disputes
Please contact [email protected] before opening a card dispute so Hostlet Cloud can investigate the charge and provide cancellation or refund help where appropriate.
Included free features
Generated portfolio profiles, showcase pages, profile editing, share metadata, and copyable artifacts are included service features. Paid plan charges are for simultaneous always-on live-demo capacity and managed deployments.
